Required by Law
The identity chips for pets are mandatory in the city of Dubai. If you get a new puppy or a kitten, you must book a vet visit to register and microchip them.
Pet Identification
The cat and dog microchip serves as your pet’s ID when it gets lost. Vet clinics, such as Noble Vet Clinics, can scan the pet microchip to find out who the pet belongs to.
Medical Information
The microchip contains useful information that tells the scanner the pet’s medical history. This allows us to get a full overview of your pet’s medical information.
Reuniting Pets and Owners
If your pet gets lost and we find them, we can scan their microchips to get the contact information of their owners.

The process begins with a consultation with our vets. We inform you of the benefits and process, and answer your questions. We then prepare the microchip and sterilize the area of the operation.

Microchip
Planting the pet microchip is easy and quick, like a vaccination. We inject it at the side of the neck, and then your pet’s new microchip ID stays there for all their life.

Once the microchip is inserted, we will check if it is functioning properly and register your information in the Dubai Municipality database.
