After earning his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in 2013, he pursued advanced clinical training in the United Kingdom, working in top-tier veterinary hospitals where high-pressure situations were the norm. These formative years helped shape his expertise in small animal surgery, internal medicine, and trauma care.

Originally from Lithuania, Dr. Rokas brings the same integrity, dedication, and hands-on excellence to Dubai that marked his career in Europe. His background as a veterinarian trained in the UK gives him a valuable cross-cultural perspective, and his approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and evidence-based medicine.
