Hi, I am Dr. Lidija and I would like to talk about microchipping. Microchips are small implants that we place under the skin of our pets and they are a permanent identification for them so they can never be confused with another animal that looks similar. One big purpose for it is for traveling for when we're going out of country for vaccinations and similar things. But another big thing is that when our pets might accidentally get lost or escapes. We can track them more easily. Now, it's not a GPS tracker, but if somebody finds your pet, they can easily have them taken to a veterinary clinic where they can be scanned and then matched with your name in the database uh of this country.
