Dr. Flora Awwad brings over seven years of clinical experience working with small animals across the UAE and Jordan, with a focus on small animal medicine, soft tissue surgery and client education. She is currently pursuing advanced training in surgery to continue building on her clinical skills.

Her path into veterinary medicine began at home. Growing up, her father would take her to pet shops, where she developed a genuine curiosity about animals and their wellbeing. When the family cat came home injured and needed care, that moment stayed with her and confirmed the life direction she wanted to take.

Dr. Flora believes that caring for pets also means supporting the people who love them. She places great importance on client education and takes the time to ensure that pet owners feel comfortable, informed, and confident about their pet’s health and treatment. She is known for being calm, patient and thorough, whether it is a routine visit or a more complex case.

Outside the clinic, she enjoys cycling along the beach, swimming and spending time with her family. Her 7 year old cat Didi lives with her family in Jordan and holds a special place in her son's heart.
