We’re looking for an honest, hard-working, self-motivated Veterinary Receptionist with at least 1 year of reception or administrative experience. You’ll help create a welcoming experience for clients, manage appointments, handle inquiries, and support the smooth daily operations of our veterinary clinics.
The ideal candidate has excellent communication and organizational skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine willingness to learn and contribute to the team.
Greet and assist clients, visitors, and employees with a warm and professional attitude.
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain clinic calendars.
Handle administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
Ensure the reception area remains organized, clean, and presentable.
Provide clients with basic information about clinic services and policies.
Assist with daily administrative operations and support the veterinary team as needed.
1+ Year Reception or Administrative Experience
Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills
Strong Organizational & Multitasking Abilities
Microsoft Office & Administrative Software Proficiency
Professional & Client-Focused Attitude
English Communication Skills
