We’re seeking an organized and customer-focused receptionist with prior experience in front desk or customer service roles and fluency in English. You’ll manage scheduling, client communication, and general office tasks while supporting HR with recruitment and onboarding.
Welcome and assist clients by providing a friendly first point of contact at the veterinary clinic.
Schedule appointments and manage the clinic calendar to ensure smooth daily operations.
Handle phone calls, emails, and client inquiries regarding services, appointments, and basic information.
Maintain patient records and update client information accurately in the clinic management system.
Process payments, invoices, and billing while ensuring a smooth checkout experience for clients.
3+ Years Clinical Experience
Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills
Strong Organizational & Multitasking Abilities
Microsoft Office & Administrative Software Proficiency
Professional & Client-Focused Attitude
English Communication Skills
